100% of profits made from each dinner are donated to various island organizations, as well as contribute to the "the island collective sustainability fund".
In October of 2024, we were proud to introduce the first ever "island collective sustainability award" - an award given in collaboration with the PEI International Shellfish Festival to a young chef (under 18) who demonstrates a passion for progressive, sustainable cooking, while embodying a zero-waste mentality.
